Tunde Erinjogunola is the Chief Investment Officer. Prior to joining Imperial, he was the Managing Director of Associated Asset Managers Limited, a leading asset management and stock broking firm. He has substantive working experience spanning the financial services industry. His experience in the banking industry covers such area as trade services, commercial & consumer banking, corporate banking, investment banking/financial advisory services, enterprise risk management. In the course of his career, Tunde has held important positions and delivered on many sensitive assignments
Tunde started his banking career in 1992 when he joined Eko International Bank Limited, one of the legacy members of Skye Bank Plc. He had since garnered useful industry experience by working with other leading banking brands having left Eko International Bank in 1997.
Mr. Erinjogunola is a Honourary Senior Banker of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (HCIB). He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Banking & Finance from The University of Nigeria, Master of Science (M.SC) in industrial Relations & Personnel Management and Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) from the University of Lagos respectively.
Samuel Armon is the Chief Compliance Officer. Samuel holds a B.Sc Degree from the University of Lagos. He is an Associate of both the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria (ICA) and the London Postgraduate Credit Management College (UK). He has over 10 years of top quality and diverse practical working experience, which cuts across Stock broking, Corporate Finance and Operations. He started his career with Interstate Securities Ltd, where he left as a Deputy Manager in charge of Operations/Issuing House Functions. Prior to joining Imperial Asset Managers Ltd, he had worked with MBC Securities Ltd where he left as Head, Operations/Information Technology.
Obidinma Uwajeh is a Stockbroker and Head, Marketing Group. She is a licenced Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE). She is a Chartered Stockbroker, an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbroker (ACS) and a Registered Sponsored Individual with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Capital Market Operator. She holds a Master of Science degree (M.Sc.) in Business Administration (majoring in Marketing) and a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc.) in Business Administration (2nd class Upper division) from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
Obidinma started her career in January 2000 with Mainland Trust Limited as a Supervisor in the Operations/ Administrative Unit where she worked for almost four years. In September 2003, she moved to 3Stars Investment Limited (a subsidiary of Legacy Citizens International Bank) as Head of Operations. In December 2005, the Company merged and became Spring Capital Markets Limited (now Pan-African Capital Plc). She worked in varied capacities while in Spring Capital Markets which cut across Asset Management, Alternative Business, Credit and Marketing. Prior to joining Imperial in 2008, she was the Regional Co-ordinator in charge of all the branches till February 2008.
She has 18 years diversified working experience which cut across Capital Market and Financial Services and has participated in various trainings in the capital market.
Segun Olatunji is the Acting Head, Financial Control Unit. Prior to joining Imperial, Segun was an Audit Senior at Ranti Okanlawon & Co, where he oversaw various audit and tax exercises. Segun holds a Higher National Diploma (H.N.D) in Accountancy from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin. He is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) and a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM). Segun is an adept professional with expertise in financial management, Taxation and administration.
Andrew Anyaegbunam is the Head, Equities Trading Unit. He holds a B.Sc. in Economics, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Awka, and an MBA, University of Lagos. Andrew, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers is an Authorised Dealing Clerk of the Nigerian Stock Exchange.
He began his career at Emerging Capital Ltd, (now Planet Capital Ltd) a stockbroking firm, where he gained experience in stockbroking and customer relationship. He had also worked with Meristem Securities Limited in its Business Development/ Advisory Unit where he gained experience in stockbroking, wealth management and trust services. He led the team that developed Mersitem Diaspora Trust, a product designed to meet the needs of Nigerians in the diaspora. Andrew has six years experience in stockbroking and advisory services
Ekanem Nyong is the Acting Head, Support Services Group. Prior to joining Imperial, Ekanem was the Head Client Service at Clysdale Limited. Ekanem holds a B.A Degree from the University of Calabar. She is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM). She has working experience, which cuts across Customer service and Human Resources Management. Ekanem is an adept professional with expertise in Customer Service, industrial and labour related issues.
